You can permanently delete your Buy & Sell Punta Cana account either from inside the app or by sending a deletion request to our support team.

How It Works

Choose the deletion method that works for you

If you still have access to the app, the fastest option is to delete your account directly from your account settings. If you cannot access the app, you can email us instead.

Delete Inside the App

Open the app and go to Settings > Account > Delete Account.

Follow the confirmation steps to permanently remove your account.

Request by Email

Send an email to tropitechrd@gmail.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request.

Include the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request.

What To Send

Information to include in your request

To help us process your deletion request faster, please include:

  • Your account email address.
  • Your name or username, if available.
  • A short note confirming that you want your account deleted.

If you contact us by email, we may ask for additional information to verify ownership before deleting the account.

Data Handling

What happens after deletion

Once your request is verified and completed, your account is permanently removed from the platform.

  • Your user profile is deleted.
  • Your active listings are removed.
  • Associated account data is deleted from our systems.

Some limited data may be retained temporarily when required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
